Manages and tracks Engineering Changes within the Manufacturing facility as assigned by Manager.
Logs Engineering Changes as released from PLM and submitted thru GR5’s C.N.A’s process.
Chairs Engineering Change Review Meetings.
Holds or supports Engineering Change Meetings specific to related changes.
Assists Manufacturing Engineers with the completion of APQP related documents including but not limited to standard work, work instructions, packaging specifications, process flow charts and PFMEA’s.
Writes Alerts (Ford) and requests temporary deviations from customers as required.
Update customer databases for engineering changes.
Participates in the training of manufacturing personal for, engineering changes, and internal process changes.
Ensures all details of the change are completed accurately to support customer PPAP requirements.
Accepts and performs special projects as required.
Uses Help Chain as needed.
Discusses work-place issues with all associates in a respectful manner looking for positive solutions.
Must be flexible for change and be able to work well under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Responsible for maintaining 5S standards as they relate to housekeeping in assigned work area.
Maintains compliance to company policies, work rules, safety & housekeeping standards.
Follow ISO 14001 and TS 16949 Requirements per the standard.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred or 5 years experience in related position.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
